How to Get There
To navigate to the Personal Settings Screen, access the main menu by tapping on the icon in the top left of the screen you're on.
Then tap on the Gear icon at the top right of the screen.
Settings
To save your changes, make any changes on to the settings on this screen and then tap Save Profile.
Profile Photo. Change how you appear throughout the app.
Max HR. Your maximum heart rate. Used for calculating your heart rate zones if you have Heart Rate Zones enabled.
Technique Settings. These apply to private workouts, not to team workouts. Team workouts are governed by the Technique Settings of the team.
- Peak Force Target Enabled. When disabled, athletes will not see a goal peak force position % range on the force curve. When enabled, the desired range will be between Min Peak Force Target and Max Peak Force Target.
- Min Peak Force Target. The minimum peak force position % target. Strokes whose peak force position % are between this and the Max Peak Force Target and with a Smoothness of 9.7+ will be counted as a Precision Stroke for analysis in team rankings and individual workout summaries.
- Max Peak Force Target. The maximum peak force position % target. Strokes whose peak force position % are between the Min Peak Force Target and this and with a Smoothness of 9.7+ will be counted as a Precision Stroke for analysis in team rankings and individual workout summaries.
