If you are an administrator for your organization, you can check your subscription details by tapping the gear icon near your organization name in the Main Menu. (You can access the Main Menu by tapping on the icon in the top left of the app screen.)
You must be an administrator of the organization to see the gear icon.
From the Organization screen, you can see your subscription type, your subscription expiration date, as well as any active and archived teams.
Archived teams still allow you to access their data, but no longer show up in the team list on the Main Menu.
